This diploma enables you to situate yourself within the Christian tradition in relation to other monotheistic religions. It introduces you to philosophical and theological discussions about the human person, the morality of human actions, and one’s relationship with God.

This diploma introduces you to the history of the Church in Malta, helping you understand its role in shaping national identity and cultural heritage. You will explore the administration of this heritage, art, and sacred spaces, and learn to interpret them within the wider context of Church history.

This bachelor’s degree presents you with the study of Christian theology, alongside one of the following as a secondary area: Philosophy, Mathematics, or Disability Studies.

This bachelor’s degree gives you a solid grounding in Christian theology, alongside one of the following humanistic areas: Anthropology, Archaeology, English, European and Global History, French, German, History, History of Art, Italian, Linguistics, Arabic, Near Eastern Studies, Music Studies, Philosophy, Psychology, Social Studies, Sociology, or Spanish and Latin American Studies.

This postgraduate diploma helps you connect counselling and psychology with human formation, community life, leadership, pastoral ministry, and related areas.

This master’s degree trains you to address ethical issues in healthcare, genetics, mental health, policy, and research, equipping you to tackle contemporary bioethical challenges in clinical and societal contexts.

This master’s degree equips you with leadership and management skills to strengthen leadership in schools and faith-based educational institutions through reflective practice and research.

This master’s degree helps you explore the ethical and political roots of ecological degradation and sustainability through an interdisciplinary approach combining theology, science, law, health, and environmental studies.

This master’s degree prepares you for professional youth work by blending theology with practical training, focusing on serving today’s local context and enriching the Christian community through dynamic engagement.

Our doctoral programmes enable you to conduct research in areas such as Bioethics, Spirituality, Youth or Family Ministry, Theology, Church History, Business Ethics, Sacred Scriptures, Pastoral Ministry, Liturgy, Catechesis, Patrology, Canon Law, Evangelisation, Religious Studies, and related fields, including interdisciplinary topics.

– Apply for a bursary of €2,000 from the Foundation for Theological Studies.
– Benefit from a tax credit of 70% of the tuition fees through the Get Qualified Scheme.
– Apply for a scholarship from the University of Malta or the Government of Malta.
If you have gained expertise and skills through formal (certified) and/or non-formal (experiential) learning, you may be eligible for entry into one of our courses and/or receive exemptions from parts of it through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.
